Sunn Thunders

Sunn Thunders is a Second Life creation and scripting artist, educator, and mentor and has been a resident since June 2006. He is co-creator of the Abyss exhibit (along with Rezago Kokorin) and is the creator of Nighttime Lights of Second Life.

Art

"Since arriving in Second Life, I've discovered the magic of the prim. Twisting, stretching, lighting, coloring, texturing, animating, and torturing these simple objects has brought me great satisfaction and contentment. Every time I select 'Create...' I make a discovery and learn something new about myself."

As an artist, Sunn creates kinetic sculptures and other original artwork, many with a desert southwestern style. His artwork is on display in several locations throughout Second Life, including the Oyster Bay Sculpture Garden and Aquarium, Blekinge Sculpture Park, and Griffin Gallery. Sunn is the owner of SunnTee Arts gallery.

Education

Sunn is an Academy of Second Learning instructor and specializes in teaching building classes that emphasize student exploration, creativity, and discovery.
